In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product:

* An unboxing/opening video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning without any cuts or edits.

* Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be considered.

* Please report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video and clear photographs of the defect.

If our team determines that the product needs to be inspected:

* The customer must courier the product to us at their own shipping cost.

* Once we receive the product, our quality team will inspect it.

* If the issue is confirmed to be a genuine manufacturing defect, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable solution at our discretion.
